 Soldier Outpost/Council Base

Somebody said this in another topic, I couldn't find it, but they said they destroyed Soldier Outposts with Crimson Cluster Missiles (or Sabotage, I can't remember). I'm mostly interested in this with regards to the Council Base; I only built Council Bases because I thought they couldn't be destroyed, so I wanted to see if anybody can confirm that Council Bases can be destroyed.

I was under the impression that Soldier Outposts, Anti-Resistance Bases and Council Bases were immune to Saboteur ability or Crimson Cluster Missile attacks, but I can see how they might be considered "one standard Defense, Attack, or Population structure" as they are built from the Planet Structures list, rather than activating an artifact to build.

If true, then I assume Exotic Turrets and Exotic Barriers are likewise open to attack in this manner.

Yeah, I had assumed they were immune as well, but somebody in another thread said he had destroyed them, so I'm hoping somebody reliable can confirm/deny this for me, so I know if Council Bases are worth it.

Hi,

I am resurrecting this thread. It's the only one I can find that directly deals with my question.

The question has come up in my legion about whether Council Bases are sabbable. They are listed as "special structures" but appear on the build structure list. Does anyone know if a council base can be sabbed?

I've witnessed the Saboteur ability destroy both a Soldier Outpost as well as a Council Base.

I cannot confirm however, if a CCM will have the same effect.

CCM/sab can destroy any structure of the described type that you can build from the construction menu. so exotic stuff too if you for whatever reason add those.
They just can't destroy stuff that is created by an artifact usage(not blueprint, but one structure from one artifact thing)
