I can supply an easy planet to invade with a Permafrost to be extracted. The Xectiphage Tower prevents Zolazin, Lazuli, Mylarai, Konql and Silixx, however. Will pay invasion costs on top of a reasonable amout of CTP for the Melter+Permafrost. Planet is VL VR icy artifact and you get to keep it.
