It is kinda useless if you don't have Dark Anti-Beacons... and Dark Anti-Beacons stop dropping after rank 2000 (whereas the upgrade still drops all the way to rank 3500).
Would it be possible changing the drop so its a standalone structure, rather than an upgrade to one that no longer drops after rank 2000 please?

For those who didn't get any time to prepare it must suck but for most it's not really an issue.
