in my knolage when disbaled then you no longer on the bt yet how did lolonoskopy find me 2 times
i get forced refreshed every 15 min my game meaning he shoulnt have been able to see me
can any1 bring light to this matter

ment to add no pvp actions in the last week and i mainly only go after inactive player planets

He could have left his browser open while waiting for the timer to run out, clicking doesn't make you refresh

I believe forced refresh is now 2 hours.

Not seen that in about a year.

Yeah, it's definitely not 2 hours. I've waited out 2 halcs on people on more than one occasion; at the barest minimum, it's like 4 hours and 1 minute or something.
