Autoclickers don't do that. They click at a preset time wherever your mouse is. It doesn't send or receive data to GL, just clicks every five seconds as if you clicked. I don't see why they'd be a breach to the ToS as the only thing they might be useful for is using artifacts in large quantities without having to sit there and click the screen seven thousand times.
