changing the rules of auction after the end of auction is not cool at all. I never saw this happening during last year of activity on this forum.
I see two scenarios:
1) the auction is over per original rules
2) auction is prolonged as per your last post. In that case I do not trust the seller and I recall all my previous bids on this planet including the opening bid. For the rest two intersted buyers It would mean, that they can drop the price offered accordingly.

Cheers!

Wow, that's a pretty entitled attitude for a snipe bidder who may have lost depending on whether the end time is considered inclusive or not. I know Mwchism is operating with honorable intent here, so I would still trust him as a seller. As to whether I would trust you as a buyer/bidder or not... yeah, not so much.

I see no honor to change the rules after the auction is over. It would be just fine, to state the winner, not to play with words.
Any auction, where the rules change after the deadline, are in my country considered as break of law and simple cancelled causing damage on seller reputation. Maybe in your country is everything allowed... You two might be friends or so. I gave up on this planet... and dealing with people who have a very strange view on honorable intent which obviously focused to maximize the price (so honorable indeed!)

Convenient when you believe you won the auction by sniping. I see no honor in trying to snipe rather than bid honestly when another bid came in. But hey, each to their own!

Play with words huh?

What does that have to do with the forums and common sense? You try to sneak in a last minute bid to top a bid from 18 minutes prior, which is followed by a counter bid in the final minute, and when the auctioneer adjusts the rules to account for your attempt to game the system, you want to invoke the laws of your country? Please.

Whether it's true or not, what does this have to do with anything?

Has nothing to do with whether you're being petulant with your "I'm going to take my bids and go home!" statements, but no, I don't know Mwchism any more than I know you.

Look, don't play the chivalrous knight when you bid like a rogue and argue like a late night lawyer.

When i created the post I forgot to mention snipe protection (which is a pretty shifty thing to do anways) and audrina PM'd me and asked me if her bid at exactly 1 still counted. So i told her yes but that i would extend the auction for 24 hours so i could be fair to you and her and anyone else wishing to bid on it, there was nothing sneaky about what i did. I didn't want anyone to feel like they were ripped off at the last second when they should've had the option to bid higher if they so chose. The auction is closed, you chose not to outbid her and that's that. I dont think what I did was bad or wrong at all. And even with your snipe bid she still technically beat you anyways. if the post says it was submitted at exactly 1 PM pacific then that counts. It wasn't at 1:01, it was 1:00 which is good in my book. If it's that big of a deal to you its your choice whether you'd like to do business in the future with me. I won't be losing any sleep over it.

Besides when I get PMs from both of you asking if you had won or not, I feel it's better to just extend it and clarify the rules so everyone still had a fair shot at it. But you just wanted to argue and insist you had won (which in fact you did not) so it is what it is. Read your signature flux, that should tell you everything you need to know.

Deal selfnominated judge IDBLF, did you check who made the first bid, who outbid the 2nd forum bid? Or who outbid the 3rd forum bid way before end of auction? Guess what, when I came back to check approx around auction end time and saw Audrina online but not bidding (due her last higher bid) I was glad I managed to snipe bid just before the time went out. AND OF COURSE, YOU COMMENT AS I WOULD BE KNONW BY SNIPE-BIDDING. But yeah, you know were exactly how this all was.

Maybe I just explained my view?

I ues to do 90+% of my trades thru FB groups, not forum. Btw as we probably did not trade, what are you using for corparation?

What about you do not play the smart ass about deal you know so few?

Interesting is, that you did not answered me with any explanation. Also at one moment you wrote "I forgot" now you have the version "I clarify the rules" Anyway, both is after the end of auction. Would it harm you to simple state "I accept the 01:00 bid and the auction is over? I guess not, but that was not your concern, rather it was the final price :D

AND FINAL BUT BEST PERFORMANCE OF THE DAY:
Hawkeblade wrote:

Here come the hero, winning auction, invading planet, failing beeing far too weak and leaving without paying what was and still is ingoring of seller rules. Please tell us again, how you, Hawkeblade can overwrite the seller's rules? And be pride on it?
come and make my day more funnier. Or keep your fairytails and let this die while other dissapointed traders show up 8-)
You may like to create an illusion of other voices (stating we are not friends helping each other).. but b1tch please.. at least do not lie when it is so easy to point it out.

Flux no where in your selling post did it say Pay regardless of fail or capture NO WHERE if it did i would have ignored your auction completely. and who says im the hero? always fancied myself as the puckish rogue carving out a living in a harsh enviroment while still holding onto the romanticism of a old era.

and as far as being to weak to invade that planet i didnt see you taking it anytime soon just saying.

P.S. i still think your alright dude flux just sometimes you have to admit when your wrong. Also ICBLF isnt even a mutual friend of Mwchism, Mwchism was a long time member of my legion so him and i are friends. And since when does ICBLF jump to a friends rescue? besides to get some raids ofc, if anything he critics a ally as hard if not harder then a enemy.

I think you did. And it doesn't appear to be different from what I thought when I made my first post criticizing you.

So you're saying it's got nothing to do with it, or you can't be bothered to think of how it has anything to do with it. Pro tip - don't bring up irrelevant things if you want to get a point across.

Heh, I like the logic here. You have no memory of trading with me, so I must not know about trading. False, try again. To restate my original point, based on your behavior in this auction I doubt I'll be trading with you in the future and certainly will have a dim view of any bids you place in any auctions.

It is what it is flux, as I'm sure most people can see I wasn't trying to be sneaky or anything like that. Just wanted to find a way to make it fair for both sides seeing as it was a close bid. There's really nothing else to say here. Thanks hawke and ICBLF for voicing your opinions in my defense, glad that people can see my intentions in this whole thing. A mod should probably lock this thread.
