Taltherian mission chain

 when are the taltherian missions available? ive seen a 450 with the taltherian mission artifacts, so i know its before or around then.

Based on information from someone in my Legion, I believe it is available at 230.

ok, cool. because i intend to change to them as quickly as possible. ive lost my best artifact worlds and with these skills i can take some bad planets and make em cool. just think, a 15x artifact on a volcanic. lol

And make sure to remember that, at least for now, abilities share timers, so no Exotic Tactical Algorithm. |

i dont have enough exotic matter to finish that mission chain yet. so the only timer i will have to worry about is the urbanizer one. but thats good to know. i didnt realize abilities shared timers... they should probably fix that.
