Improving Planet Alert

 To improve planet alerts, and prevents miscommunication between legion members (especially in trading) :
I propose to add alert notes below the Attack button, so legionmate won't accidentally steal a sold planet - this could happen if the said alert is buried below npc alerts, and the player access it via Recently Scanned tab on Planet tab. |

+1. simple idea that is just a small extra hint that you should not take the planet if it is not for you.

Would be nice. If planets could have notes as well, alert messages could occupy the same spot on the planet as notes on scanned planets.
