Biological Bases

 Biological bases would be a alternative from the regular legion base. It wouldn't be able to defend itself as well as a regular legion base but would have 25% or 33% more production. It would be level up by means of time instead of CTP and energy. The downfall is that it takes a certain amount of time to level up. Also it needs to be feed Exotic Matter to stay running instead of credits. It is just a idea, but hopefully it may be implemented.

Interesting.. I don't have much else to say about this other than I don't think very many people would choose this option other than the low-end legions.

I kinda agree and however if you went the other way, combine with the must start from level 1 aspect of it. (Bio bases = more production but get disabled easyer) ......and it only leveled up with EM and time...... would you leave a level 7 base for the potental of an even better base 3 years down the road?
