 Is it possible to buy the Thraccti before you reach rank 200?
Side question: Can you assemble Anubix before you reach rank 200? |

Any of the rank locked modules allies etc. CAN be purchased prior to reaching said rank, but cannot be installed on ship before then. Once you reach those ranks if you have them sitting in the cargo you are then free to install/build/recruit them.
