Is there any defense or "super" type alert for help against some of these legions that have players well over lvl 500+ and have some lower level players in them in the range of 70 to 100 who go out and hit anyone and everyone; and when you hit them back; these ultimate players get involved.

Could there be some type of alert that can be given for some UPPER level "help" to back off these players and prevent the abuses that are occurring at the lower levels and newly formed legions.

maybe some form of BOUNTY players can happen such as what Mafia wars has that we can offer bounties to players to go after certain specific players. It would be a good "discouragement" for a player to get on that "list". And yes, it could also be abused; but as in Mafia wars, if a player is "too weak" they cannot be targeted at that time. This would be an "equalizing" factor.

Either that or not allow attacks from players who are over a certain level above another player such as 100 levels over (as an example or could be 150 or some number), cannot attack against a player that much inferior to them.

we've all had to deal with these people, i wouldnt mind being able to do this kinda stuff. if you get disabled then you can post them on an alert board with a specific amount of credits offered for their disable.

hi excelsior, ive been attacked by rank 250+s, they work hard to get that high and it would be unfair to put them at a further disadvantage, you rank up to get an ADVANTAGE over others, you dont rank up and get handicapped :/, there is a small protection thought, you can only see player alerts that from people that are 40% above or below your rank , if your rank 130 and you attacked someone in another legion, and that someone alerted you the rank 500s dudes cant see you cuase your too low ranked.

You are so wrong with this... I have no idea where you got that idea. Probably your "Little Brother"... I am mid 260's and have a rank 30 on my news feed for raping a low level in my legion. The 40% thing is only for who's on your battle tab and eligible badge targets.

I am not a really high ranker, but I get alerts on players that are much lower than my 40% range, for the most part I leave them alone unless there is good reason given for the alert. I see it as unless there is a war or a real problem why waste my energy destroying someone so far below me since I won't get a badge. I don't see why even higher levels then me would attack really low level players as they would get next to nothing out of it.

Pretty much what we generally do in our legion as well. We've got a pretty big spread of ranks, so the alerted ship is sure to be in somebody's badge range. The higher ranks only get involved when things start getting ugly or personal.
