Collecting for the new year. Looking to buy planets with permanent effects (Stealth Screen, Caverns, Biosphere, That Other Thing Nobody Ever Gets)!
- Resources not that important, though artifact and higher is always better.
- Type somewhat important: not interested in Metallic or Oceanic unless Very Massive and with very high production; most interested in Icy, Terra, Desert, Barren, Toxic (in that order)...
- Size very important: For Gas planets, Very Massive only; Large or better for all other planets.
