This morning I went on a PVP spree... 4 hours later I decide to go on another spree, and the first two ships I hit turns out to be players that I attacked this morning.

Here is the big question... If I can't get a freaking badge for the disable, why the F is it on my battle tab. You can block people from my own legion from showing up on the battle tab, so to that list, could you add:
*where last attacked by me > 24hours and
*where there is no Battle Pact

it's called the 'battle tab', not the 'badging tab'.

hover over the 'Actions Left' tooltip and read it:

"Number of offensive actions that can be performed on this ship currently."

the whole badging 'etiquette' concept is fine when dealing with new players (and i practiced it when hitting lower.ranked ships until i reached rank 200), but should definitely not be held by anyone past rank 250. anyone who maintains that stance deserves a good zero.ing to hopefully knock some sense into them.

if you want to pvp ... accept the consequences along with the rewards.

if you want to avoid hitting battle pact members ... add them all as facebook friends.

if you want badging efficiency ... start leaving ship comms to track your hits (and btw, badges are awarded every 12 hours, not every 24).

actually i've seen some really powerful hitters who seem to feel they should only be hit by lesser fellows with no arts, so there's egoists as well as candy asses with that i'd say (i don't need to name the egoist to make the point and as mark of respect even if I disagree I won't)

if you don't know who is on your battle pact regardless of whether they are friend-ed... STOP! Look when they come up on the screen... is it that hard to realize that your'e allied with Legion A and the guy popping up is a member of said legion?

Battle pacts in any event are not naps, most guys will badge regardless they just dont rape and plunder as it were....

On the one hand would it be easier if it was only people you hadn't badged on the BT... i suppose so... but gee why stop there... you could ask for only guys who are not halced up... or guys who had actions greater than 3/5/5 in some way...

part of war is taking a chance on whats on your bt... while this is not war its a war game as it were...

higher rankers who need badges make no apologies about working their bts... i had one guy point it out today in course of casual discussion... I agree with him 100%

if Dan didn't want people to work the bt so hard why would he keep putting out badge items that are consistently more costly badge wise?....

Hell he just re-configured the basing formula so we REQUIRE more reds to shop for bases worth locking...

Either pay a little more attention to your BT or leave a comm...

Another possibility-one many hi rankers do, WORK YOUR FEEDS....

some guys it seems are almost professional in working the 12 hour clock like they got a freakin spreadsheet... Its aggravating but sorta sad imho... just keep an eye on what your killing... If you arenot sure if you killed it recently, either invest the E to confirm or skip. As you churn the BT you will go through many....

Leaving aside all the stuff about badging, etiquette and blah, blah, blah... just spend the 5 energy to leave a comm.
Not rocket science and certainly saves you energy if you are the kind of player who doesn't recognize that you are about to hit the same person again just 4 hours later.

I also noticed while being in a legion, the same players show up in my battle tab day after day. But when I'm out of a legion, a whole different list of players show up on my battle tab.

why can all the players not show on the battle tab?Why are there two lists?

one simple way to almost ensure you don't hit the same guy again if your doing 2 different runs in a day, for one don't buff scan, for the second, buff scan, usually will find you completely different people. unless of course your rank range has only a few people not disabled or there at all
