how much chances did i has to find a quasi spacial expander in a t.o troop

Was used to be 1 in a 20 (5%), but now like 1 in a 60 (or maybe even smaller than that)

Exact %... Ive gone through 200 troop carriers and yes I'm keeping track(tally marks) without a quasi. If you find exact % let me know but I think 1/60 is high
