 You must pay my colonization costs and i will uplift a toxic for 0 ctp! Why would I do this? ... easy Solynia ranks. I have well over 1k purifiers and my mineral production is far above what I need so I can do this all day.
1.) You alert an unoccupied VL toxic 2.) I colonize and uplift 3.) I wouldnt be able to keep doing uplifts for long at nearly 50B each coming out of my pocket.
