Can't do the mission if I can't get the artifact needed to do the mission.
"To progress: Use a Ryelis Contract on a Ryelis Waste Barge."
OK. I chose this task and can't do it. Because where does the Ryelis Contract come from? How do you get the Ryelis Contracts?
You don't get them at the start of the mission like you do for Task #2 of Foundry of War.
Is there a certain NPC to disable to get this? If there is, I have not been very lucky at finding it, because I have disabled hundreds of NPC's since choosing this mission, and didn't get anything other than what I normally get.
Can anyone explain how to get this artifact?

Can anyone explain how to get this artifact? Very strange, as they should just be sent to your cargo hold. That said, you also say you've not had any luck finding the NPC Ryelis Waste Barge, so i'll ask.... Did you actually join the task? Because there is an are you sure message when joining any task... perhaps you've overlooked doing this.

Just a note to all about the reward of this mission if you didn't know: I got confirmation yesterday that if you have used the Voliir bio-stabilizers artifact to upgrade your defense mods, typically one to 100% and the other to 50%, you will not be able to get the defense mod that is 50% upgraded to 100%. You will only be able to get it to 90%. If you want it to 100%, unfortunately you will have to sell and re-buy the mod and upgrade it again. Of course for those who still have yet to do the Voliir chain, a way around this is to upgrade the second defense module to only 40%.

So that means that we will always have one unused Voliir mod or a 90% upgraded def mod. 10 to max the first, 4 plus Ryelis mods for the second, but then you'll have the same problem for the third - upgrade with last Voliir to 10%, then subsequent Ryelis mods push to 90% and you're stuck...

Unfortunately, that is correct. Best to leave one unused.

Are you saying Dan provided explicit confirmation that the Ryelis Fuel will stack with Voliir Bio-Stabilizers, but will not exceed 90%?
(I ask because I've not seen any evidence of anyone having had it actually stack yet and we've had the mission three times already.)

Basically I had asked him if you used the bio-stabilizers to get a second defense mod to 50% if you'd be able to get it to 100% when it's at 90%, using the fuel tanks. He had said it would not go beyond 90%, I guess because the max is 100 and the ryelis fuel tanks sticks to 20%, no less.

If there was consistency in descriptions we wouldn't need to ask him, but I guess using consistency to improve usability is asking too much. http://www.nngroup.com/articles/ten-usability-heuristics/Quote: Consistency and standards Users should not have to wonder whether different words, situations, or actions mean the same thing. So, either we've been very lucky that nobody hit the 70% in up to three tries each, or it's not actually stacking.
Regardless I'll henceforth stock up my Ryelis Fuel for use at a later date when the timing is right to scrap my 50% Voliir.
