Hey all, as stated, I'm looking to buy a toxic with large moons for eventual rifting.

Requirements:

Planet must be enemy owned
Owner must be inactive
Planet must not have been already uplifted (so it's easier for me to uplift)
Ideally 10k or less total defense
Size unimportant

Price negotiable (but no more than 5k CTP) and I'm willing to come to you.

I have a VL toxic Very Abundant Artifact and Very Rich Mining with LM, but yeah, do you want it enemy owned for artifacts? because invades can work for that

Kinda, I do wish to invade so that I can place the Uldri chain artifacts on the planet (Uldri Anomaly Crystal, Uldri Recovery Capsule, and Uldri Spacial Marker) with a further 5% bonus research from two other ships having the planet on scan.

You dont need to invade it, just have the player keep it on scan when you leave there legion and have them attack it when you leave.
