Been jokingly talking with friends about what we'd like to see new for CT Lab items, and I got to thinking, how about an upgrade for the domain walkers? Just a rough idea, but let's say requires 25 triphases upgrades, and some grid consoles or nanite capsules or repair nanos, and a high amount of shipbots, like 250. The new arti would then upgrade 2 domain walkers on your planet (must have 2 in place) to a single structure (which now has a size of 2, not changing the amount of space being used) which would now have atk and def of say 2500 and maybe even provides a 2-5% bonus to both, atk and def. Thought it would be best to keep this rather low in comparison to some other percentage bonus artifacts available. Also the new artifact would not be extractable, no particular reason why just seems to fit with the idea, not to mention all the other new stuff that's come out the past few months that aren't extractable as well. Well, like i said, just a rough idea, spewing out random stuff with friends and figured i'd come on here to get some feedback from the rest of the galaxy.

Domain walkers are already one of the best defensive structures out there. They don't need anything more.

Considering that defense is more or less worthless, I think domain walkers could use a boost.

And making is 2.5k will make it any less useless? not even going to talk about the proposed method of getting them.

I didnt support whatever op wrote. I just think a boost cant hurt. How about adding cloak % to them?

i wouldn't mind an upgrade to them but using triphases is a bit silly, as most legions higher in strength don't hit bases lv5 or below... and the people who do get them alot aren't likely to have the ct lab item discovered...

a repeatable mission that unlocks when you make a domain walker for the first time ?
perhaps the upgrade could just double the bonus

I've suggested something like this myself a couple of times. Never got any real traction on either of the ideas.
Still, it's a +1 from me, to the over-all idea.
