Just a simple bug I've noticed on a few planets I've tried to take with a raix bunker on them. If you use a cloning pod on the planet, the raix bunker suddenly gives 200k bonus, at least until the planet is hit and the pop lowered. Not too big of a deal, but worth reporting.
