for willing to travel you could get more - you can charge as you wish (common is 0-1000 ctp).

from own experience, the price for VM 16MR would be for me from my sellers:
16MR = 500-700 ctp
2QSE = 4K ctp

In fact (maybe I was just lucky), but I bought one occupied VM toxic maxed for much less ctp then here offered including some arties on it (Galactic Concord Station II, Antimatter Drill, XTS-9 Silo) while it had passives half done. And the seller was happy with the price too.

Mining planets are not so wanted, although the one you offer would be nice colossal irradiated one. If it would be enemy owned with any planetary effect, then there would be bigger interest as well higher price offered

I think, you should accept the previous offers, hardly somebody will offer more for this rock.
EDIT: considering the artis on the offered planet, 6K is just fair price, I think.

I don't know what you've been smoking but QSE's are worth 3K each. Some people sell for more than that.

There is no set amount on any artifact. If you have to pay real money for a QSE then sell it for whatever you want. I sell mine at 4-5k CTP ALL the time. So no, you are the one that is to be smoking.

He gave his opinion and I gave mine. QSE's are worth at least 3K each to me, as I see them sold for that quite often, but then again there are others such as yourselves that I see as greedy

toxic, not so much.

toxic, uplift wise, is only really good for rifts(as they can go 22x arti, and the purifier makes them slightly better than terra etc for this purpose), and that doesn't need QSE(on the toxic itself).
For everything else, plasma is dirt cheap. Sure, we can't go to 22x on plasma, but it's just a C, it's mass producible and dirt cheap, who give a heck?
So no, the QSE no longer worth 3k, because it's used on a toxic. Targets do matter. I suspect this was made before plasma came out... since then, VM expandable planets(except icy) price took quite a dive.
