Please answer. And How can I find Crystal planet, Gaya seed , Dyson planet ?

Main question is " HOw can I find A Terrafromer ? Without spending Galaxy point.

Crystal, Gaia and Dyson planets are made during missions. There are natural Dysons to be found by scanning as well. You can also get lucky and scan someone elses planet, but if you're asking these questions, I have a feeling you won't be able to take them...

Terraformers are also dropped from a pretty rare NPC--T.O. Troop Carrier

all of those planets are gotten through various missions. To get the Crystal you have to start with the mission The pawlacite thaw, this gets you the mass surface melter to make Icys into ocean planets becomes available at level 95. Then is crystal inferno which makes the crystal planets. Gaia planets are gotten after completing the Drannik Extinction which comes available at level 185. Lastly the terraformers are can only be gotten by hunting ALOT of NPCs, you have to find T.O. Troop carriers which carry the terraformers and the quasi-spacial expander you need to make the dysons. If you look through the Wiki you would find all this information.

To give you an idea about T.O. Troop Carrier frequency, I'm rank 171. I've seen 5 out of 1,197 NPC kills. Does this mean I've gotten 1,192 kills of garbage? Hell no. There have been alot of other uncommon and rare ships in the mix that made the hunt worthwhile. I've also heard from one of Stormfront's major NPC stalkers that when he hit 190 (or was it 195) that the rate of finding T.O Troop Carriers shot up.

I have 4148 NPC kills and have found 12 terraformers so far. I don't know how many planet data optimizers or toxic purifiers I have found in the mean time, but it is more. (increases research and mining respectively) Yes, T.O. Troupe carriers also drop Quasi Spacial Expanders, but only on rare occasions. If you want the mission Dyson, you will have to spend GP. So start hunting, you will need to do a lot.

theres also a dark scrap carrier that gives terraformers, but they rarely do, 58 npc kills and 2 terraformers, one from troop carrier and a scrap carrier
