If you were willing to travel it will definitely sell before the person notices and temp fluxes. Otherwise most of the big dogs that can swing that invasion probably won't bite.

A few notes on why there's not a lot of interest in this planet:

1. The fact that this planet has over 87K attack and defense really narrows your market. The # of players that have a 90% chance on this is probably 100 ships total (if that).

2. If you go to another legion, you will need to stay there a week to alert an enemy planet. Unless the owner is inactive (which would have been good to put on the initial post), there's a good chance that it would be temp fluxed before you can alert.

3. Of the few ships that can take this planet easily, most of them aren't willing to lose loyalty. That would mean losing base battles and legion missions (among other things).

Also, enemy planets should not be prices the same way as unoccupied (selling willing to abandon). Planets with high invasion defense will decrease the price of a planet, for the reasons stated above.
