I need help giving my planets away & Gaia Seeds as I am quitting and don't have GP.
I would just reset but it seems a shame to let my natural dyson drift alone in space.

without gp, you can't abandon a planet, if someone else has it on scan, they can invade/ alert for someone else if they are active, if you reset when a planet is alerted, i believe the alert stops. someone who knows will have to confirm/correct that though

Correct. You can only 'give away' your planets by abandoning, except there is another scanner - which is supposedly to be your friend.

If you're quitting, and don't have the needed GP, I would recommend you to strip off standard defenses on your planet and cloaking. Except it's a very rare arties, just demolish it to lower def and cloak, then just quit - don't reset. Resetting will remove permanent effects on planets (or sometimes not)

Out of interest, what are the stats on the Dyson??

It's the 36x one on auction ending in a few hours
