And somehow when I wrote that I was not near awake enough. I misread the first post about it as the wrong month, and didn't think anything of it. I don't know how I accomplished such, but now I manage to feel stupid.

If you stayed consistent and ranked it every 20 hours, the soonest you will have it at rank 100 will be June 26th. This was a calculation from April 5 at approximately 5:00pm GST as I believe it was sometime around then that it was released if I'm not mistaken.

Any ally with a 20 hours rank up timer that has 100 ranks is entirely possible to have to rank 100 within 83 days. 82 days and 12 hours on minimum timer requirements.
At best due to the time it was released that day we have to wait 14 more days. But will likely need to wait a bit longer as I doubt anyone has been anal enough to catch it within ~8 minutes of rank up availability over that entire period of time.
Generator use does NOT ally re-ranking of an ally. Had used one on an invade a couple days ago and I was not able to push another rank on Cunniculus.
