remove null fuses or traps

Instead of having traps that effect the ship that was attacked, you could have it so null fuses make it so you can't attack, or hack if it was a firewall trap, the ship that trapped you for 1 hour or possibly regular duration of the removed trap. This still allows PVP since you can go after other ships, and still lets traps be effective so you can't have someone just eat all your traps and disable you through a battle tab hit easily.
