I got a few planets that I occupied before I noticed how good to only have good planets so I need uplifts to improve them but I do not know the prices so can some one also tell a good price for them plz. just keep in mind I am only a level 407. If any will do any nice deals for other planet artifacts like one that change the planet or good producer or storage artifacts.

Ok well first off, if you already own the planets, nobody can uplift them for you, unless you are able to abandon the planets to them.

no like give me artifacts for EM or CTP so I can do it my self and thank you asquall for some ideas of prices so if someone asks me to trade one of those artifacts I can compare them and see if it is worth it.

None of the artifacts that uplift planets can be sent to other players.

Kay, so I'll let you know how uplifts be done :

Easy way
1. You or your legionmate alert an UNOCCUPIED planet (VL toxic, preferably has 0 other scan, or VM Gas Rich or higher, preferably has 0 other scan). This can be done in either your legion, or the trader's legion.
2. The trader colonize, then uplift.
3. You leave, and invade back.

Note that you can easily uplift several planets in one go with this method.

Not-too-easy way
1. Trader, or his legionmate alert an UNOCCUPIED planet.
2. You colonize, then leave.
3. The trader invade back, then uplift.
4. You invade back.

Note that this method has several disadvantages :
1. If the alerter is the trader's legionmate, then he must ask his legionmate to alert the planet when he wants to invade. This will not be a problem when you only got 1 uplift, but will be a problem if it involves 2+ planet uplift.
2. The trader can only invade back every 24 hours, which means this will be a lengthy trade.
3. The trader will need to invade, which costs them quite a lot of creds, which means they may charge more CTP.
