I'm not a hacker, not by trade anyway, however, I was thinking to add an aspect of the game to benefit hackers and add a little bit more realism to the game.

My idea, and it may have already been suggested, is this.

When someone hacks you, instead of having in your newsfeed 'Player X hacked you and stole Y amount of research', wouldn't it be better if, once hacked, the person hacked has an automatic roll and, based off of the player's scan stats, determines whether or not they can see the player that hacked them?

Just my two cents.

lol well glad i am not the only one who thinks this is a good idea...see Cloaking and Hacking post in this same area would like to drum up some support for this if enough players think this would be a good addition.

this has been suggested more than 4 times. The consensus was that it would be unbalancing. It would give higher level players a better chance of hiding from hacked lower players.
