We are Looking for ranks from 150-500 who are somewhat weak but want to get stronger. we are looking for those who want a place to call home and want teamwork!! Skeleton crew is for you if you need to make a new start in the game!! Leave a pm here or in game look for Zycen!!

If I were to guess, legions with several open slots that want to get their % bonuses to planet defense, attack and cloak up, but are unable to recruit active mid-high rank strong players.
