Is an Inactive VM VR arti oceanic worth anything? And would anyone buy it?

I would've paid more then 500 for that planet. Artifact planets are more valuable than research and mining.

Especially when a VL 16x toxic is worth about 500 these days... Grats on the sale conquerors, surprised it went for more than a couple hundred.

That was the unocc VL 3x Terra he sold for 500 CTP, he edited it for a new planet.
