Wow. So Xfactor might be first to a Level 10 base at this rate...All you have too do is sell off all your planets and you could make it...

Halluc has the tank, no doubt. But does the XF base need that amount of energy. Since a level 8 base can only take on 160 Mil in Energy Donations to begin with, is there that amount available? |

Yeah XF isnt getting all the energy being bid on our subs are goin to be gettin some of it as well. So they will divide it up as needed.

Well we saw how well that worked out... Im sure some allies of XF wouldnt mind energy being donated into their base if people want to bid higher (THAT'S A JOKE!  save your bars) |
