ok, title should say it, we need an artifact for increasing passive attack, like maybe a gravitational subverter or something that the lazuli factory can drop and we need something like the planetary research optimizer for mining of all planets and maybe artifacts?

We already have something that increases mingping but it only increases the toxic planets what we need is something that increases artifacts too.

yes having an artifact booster would be nice.

my point being that you should have one to increase mining on all planets, like a metal purifyer or smelting station or something, and YES to artifacts, what about passive attack? I'd like to see something added there too, so you can add cloak defense and attack to a planet

so I was thinking, have Dan add an artifact that uses gravity or a very large or larger planet and adds 100 passive attack to it, uses same picture as the one for passive defense and it would be dropped by the same NPCs, thoughts on names or anything else?
