Just as the title suggests, while most legions have a 'no repair' policy, many legions dont (like mine) and often ive asked and been asked for a repair, only to realize i wasnt completely disabled, i maybe have 84 hp left (which would appear as 2 percent) so maybe we can have a percent hull next to the players status, like 100% for someone who cant be repaired, and if theyre partially damaged or close to being disabled other players can repair them for a percentage of the cost, like repairing a partially damaged ship normally.

i agree. it is one thing to have people repair you when your disabled only to be disabled again but to be able to repair someone before they are disabled could save someone from a disable.
