 Reward after defeat an elite boss

I see alot of time when fighting 3 men elite boss. Some people like to hit ton of damage like 50% and some other do way less like 20-25%. And they all got a drop, fair enough.....but I think it is more fair if the reward is:
1st damager -- got a random drop plus either reward bonus exp or bonus credit or something
2nd damager -- same...got a random drop plus LESSER bonus exp or credit or something
and so on...
Just something that encourage player to do more damage when battling them.

This has been brought up before and it ended up with this as a big reason why not to do this.

If you would get more for doing more then what would stop the larger players from just walking in and smashing all the NPC's that get alerted? This would just make one more reason for the big players to not let the smaller players get any kills and hoging them them selfs. Now I don't know why some players would do that much damage to a target in the first place. Whats the point. You just waist the energy and the health points getting it past what you need to.

Like Mojo said, horrible idea!! Current NPC reward system is perfect. Encourages legion to work together without any incentive of greed to do more to maximize the reward return to the legion instead of individuals..

im 50-50 on this.
i feel that the person who deals the most damage should get a slightly higher chance of a better item or somthing. but thats all :-).

It would be a great idea for the bigger bosses where most legions don't have enough people for the slots. I had an idea a long time ago that the xp could be rewarded by damage but any idea that helps people is generally frowned on by those that don't have the problem.
