 Rare NPC Drop that gives you the ability to pick out one artifact when cashing in your artifact points.

exclude mythical artifacts and this would be great. otherwise the only thing people would use this for are terraformers and QSE. maybe even throw in a few new artifacts or discontinued ones like the mass surface melters.

Yeah i didn't have mythical artifacts in mind however for some unreal amount of artifact points maybe it could give you one level of a mission to complete like the pawlacite thaw just for one mission (maybe 50000 artifact points) just a thought. Or maybe the better the reward the more the mission is worth.
