if a legion member has a planet, you should be able to use an artifact building on it, I have a ton of the elevators, uplinks, cores, and everything else, but some people don't, I would love to help them out like this, or even add a cloning center or something

I agree. It has been suggested before but never implemented.

I saw, but I felt it would be better to try and bring it up again, the topics i saw were way to long to revive IMO
