although legion bases arnt out yet, im fairly sure this will not be in there. I propose that we be able to use badges the same way as any other special building component like complex tech or exotic matter. I propose we be able to have modules available for the base that will require badges to create, not just buy them from a market. This way players with a heavy pvp background can assist the base and create special modules that not everyone will have access too. many players already have a ton of red badges. i personally have a ton of yellow. i think this would be a good addition and an interesting twist on the bases construction, considering we cannot do this with our ship modules.

On another note, i believe we should remove dominion cannons and decryption quadframes from the battle market, and instead make them dominion cannon blueprints and quadframe blueprints. After we purchase these blueprints we will be able to construct dominion cannons (require 40 badges), and upgraded forms of the cannon which will require the same amount of badges, but also an advanced amount of credits and at later levels, minerals. The upkeep should also be raised so that small players connot take advantage of this. if a dominion cannon mk 5 required 40 space and gave 250 attack, then almost no small player could put it on their ship. now add in an additional 30 kurenite and you remove the possibility for anyone under level 80 to have them.

first of all dont dis low levels, second the base is a good idea, third the descryption quad frame blueprints and all isnt really a good idea in my opinion

50 attack is nothing at my level. i would like to upgrade these cannons and frames, and i have the resources to do it. low levels can still get the default and it would cost the same amount of badges, but once you get to the point im at, theres no point in pvp anymore because i have plenty of yellow, and plenty of blue, and ive purchased all the modules. i only intend to purchase 2 of each buildings, and tactical inner bypasses are only for ships that arnt built for pvp, and need a little extra boost to kill a farmer. this would allow the modules to grow with the players. that way something thats amazing for a level one, will still be amazing for a level 1000.

50 is nothing at my level. yet it needs to probably stay that, now your low level thing not able to get it sucks as an idea, but the idea of upgrading them is ok

then how would you propose keeping low levels from obtaining weapons beyond their capacity other than a high upkeep, high deck cost, and high mineral cost? i can only think of 2 ways, and thats complex tech, and exotic matter. and although both of those are plentiful as you grow in rank, im not sure that would be the best course of action.
