Planet info tooltip

 It would be very helpful to have a little info summary box pop up when hovering the mouse over a planet. All I'm looking for is the population bar,the spaced used bar, and a status indicator. This would save a LOT of clicking!

I like the idea, instead of havin to click the planet name, then going thru 3 tabs to get the info, you just hover your mouse over planet name.
