After someone has attacked a planet we get no notification unless they set off a trap. Could we at least know who it was even if they fail to capture the planet on an invasion attempt. I think most people would like the opportunity to teach the aggressor the error of their ways.

I once had a planet attacked that had no traps on it. I would have never known who it was except they used an engineered virus on it (and artifacts used on your planet alert the ship).
