Race Change Broken?

 I recently tried changing race and although the first screen appears allowing me to pick a new race, the profession screen fails to appear. Worse I cannot reset GL so I can play, im constantly stuck on the race choosing screen with no way to advance. Any solutions?

You may want to try clearing your browser data, and/or using a different browser to see if that helps. See below.
