pvp battles and Traps
i understand that players who pvp alot get frusterated when another player tries to subtly hint they aren't in the mood to be beaten on by placing a trap (or 5) on thier ship.

and i agree that Null Fuses are great and useful artifacts the help avoid the effects of traps.

but lately Pvp just feels too easy as i'm stocked up on null fuses
and that allowing the null fuses working on
halcyon traps removes any sort of consequence for attacking the player who had the trap active.

it is more of an inconvenience that makes you press a second button or 2 before you disable the Ship, and continue pvping as though nothing had happened

i have around 20 mull fuses stocked up. if i wanted, i could get 10 easy disables without a problem.

yes that is my point, with enough Null Fuses the traps are now meaningless. the null fuse used to only remove harmful effects making the halcyon trap still an effective deterrent,

however even being able to null fuse that effect out of the way makes pvp feel Waay too easy,
pvp without consequences

-1.
Eventually you will run up against the wrong sort of crowd, and PvP will become more of a challenge.

what are you suggesting?

As for null fuses being too effective, I have mentioned twice before that we can just add more traps to the game.

I've only found one null fuse. They should be more common, and we can add a bunch more traps to the game. Would make it more interesting.

I believe the description says it all really, Null Fuse "Removes a harmful trap effect (at random) from your ship", how is a Halcyon Trap harmful??

But lets face the truth here, these artifacts were created because all the high rankers were moaning about PVP being too difficult because of all the traps. I personally dont see the point in traps now, yes they keep the occasional BT hit away but other than that. I dont see the point in making them more common and adding more traps.

That's because you don't know what you are talking about.
