Okay what you posted is messed up, 1. what do you have against builders 2. If you want extra attack become the drannik, 25% added to the drannik is 75%, that is unfair

I will change the npc abilitie from the articule and remove it, put in a new abilitie. If you have another query, please comment when ready and i will get back to you ok

10 planets or more colonized would make you have to be at least rank 39 comments tend to not always be constructive

10 planets or more colonized would make you have to be at least rank 39 comments tend to not always be constructive I have edited my article by changing requirements, abilities and etc, please comment (fire) when ready

how about if the mission required (rank+100)*100*1 This would make it more fair, because it is easier for low levels, but people like Psicore cont just finish it in a day
