How about a day where all cloak put on all planets disappear so any scanning done on the day has a chance of finding any planet there is amongst the 1 172 888 planets out there

or maybe a day where everyone gets a 10% scan boost?

Err...that's a really bad idea, Sparky. Haven't you thought of the consequences? Anyone could find your planets on that day. And my planets. Not to mention the planets of anyone else that is reading this too.

Shadow's idea might be better, but i'm really against the loss of all cloaking for any amount of time.

Someone with 400 energy versus someone with 5000... Who has a better shot at finding the good planets (and keeping them) ? Hmmm?

you could set it up like a wave passing through the galaxy that wipes out cloaking for a day, and missions to reestablish cloak
some kind of quantum/temporal interference ?

A day like this would beg the question, why invest in cloaking planets? It's like asking for a day where all planetary attack and defence structures get destroyed to ensure everyone can easily invade. I'm not a fan of it.

i imagine it would be quite fun

this really isn't a good idea, some player use cloak instead of planetary defenses. people would be finding all the artificial dysons,
it would be like if you had a day where all planets lost their defenses. sorry but there isn't anything that could make this a good idea

This results in more unfairness than equalizing. It would definitely result in a lot of ragequit, and we want more players to join this game.
