Hi all,

One of my mining planets has come under attack. I've managed to repel the attacker so far. I was wondering about a few things.

1. Why can't I see who's attacking me? I'd like to give some payback if I can.

2. Is there an efficient way to make him give up attacking?

3. I have parked my ship in orbit of the planet, but for some reason my ship isn't taking damage when the guy attacks me. What gives?

4. I have 33% legion bonus and called for help, and only one legion guy came to defend.

5. Any other tips?

1: just how the game goes
2: Nothing efficient gaurding it, putting some defense on it is all you can really do
3:You only need to get the ship disabled if your going to invade it, otherwise the planet can be attack whenever
4:the ppl in an average legion suck, period
5: continue guarding it and keep some traps on, one day hell attack you and regret it

1. You can install traps on the planet. The one who springs the trap will appear in your ship log.
2. You can increase your def/guard the planet. Use planetary boosting stats artifacts. Also you can try using a Planet Flux on it.
3. Guarding planets = increases the planet stats. They need to hit the planet to invasion ready before they can target your ship. This is where your ship gets hit.
4. 33% means you have 32 (or 33) legions. One came to help. This help is up to your legions choice whether to help you or not
5. Artifacts, traps, planet flux. And GET to know your legions/get more legions. IF they know you, perhaps they would be more willing to help you defend your planet.

They are either stupid or their invasion attempt failed. Expect the same thing within 24 hours most likely. Install even slightly more DEFENSE and/or defend the planet and they will fail even worse the second time. Probably worth abandoning the defense of any other planet. Research shielding for better structures. Level faster than him too... and when you find out who it is, harass him enough to discourage him from ever playing again.

To rephrase, he either failed his invasion or he didn't have the credits to do it. Your defense determines the success % of his invasion. planet flux is a 5k artifact and its pretty rare. Honestly, he may never play again if he already failed invading your planet. It doesn't take a whole lot of defense to screw up an invasion, but you may as well build up some shields and notify your legion for defense of the planet. And if it isn't a nice planet, by all means, give it up. The planet will still be in your list for re-invasion unless he is a desperate, resourceful bugger.

Thanks for the advice, guys.

Does it still cost 2x the credits to counter-invade if I lose my planet and retake it?
