Post base energy contribution
how about if all excess energy left over before leveling is automatically donated towards the legion base

Not that it should be done automatically, but putting it to bases is a good strategy.

Yeah, it is a great way to use up all your excess energy before you level up. No need to wait up for an hour or 2 to level up, now you can go to sleep and when you get up contribute all you energy to the base. You will level up that way as you get experience points for donated energy.
