Post Exotic matter contribution to base
How do you contribute Exotica matter or Complex tech parts to the base?? I only see the energy contribution button??

That means your legion has already contributed enough Exotic/Complex and all you need now is energy to level up.

You only need to contribute what is shown in the upgrade area.

Base level 1 requires only energy. Exotic matter and Complex Tech Parts are only required at higher levels.
