^ +1, this is a great idea! It would definately work, without unbalancing cloak I don't think. The actual findchance:planets would have to go down slightly, but it would still work. It is also only helpful, if you have, either very high artifact (1k+ maybe?) or a pool of galaxy points.

I think that seems like a good idea too.
