Just this lunch I was sometime w/ energy cubes to level up twice.
Then suddenly things got really slow. It's been like 15 minutes now.
Is the refresh slow for anyone else?

I've brought down the maintenance page for now - but the admins are still reviewing some data.

Might be your host quite often i think, but i notice alot of slow down every now and then, images either dont load or loads reaaally slow, changing tab/page in the game sometimes goes quickly(or rather often) and sometimes it takes "ages" to change a page that i manage to go into another tab in the browser and forget i clicked in GL to do something such as mission.

GL seems to be down atm, it starts loading the page, but doesnt finish it

Thats happened to me to, also, when it does finally fully load, when I click my planet Ailchmen's name it just shows a window with stars on it that I cant close, does this have to do with the host problem?

Also tried to go to the news tab and it just hung. Nothing.

Oh well.

Dan putting up the maintenance page is a good idea. I rather like seeing that page than having planets displayed with nothing but stars and trying to switch tabs only to have it hang and not switch.

Still being investigated - there are definitely slow spikes today, a lot more than usual.

Yeah today is a bad day, usualy i have none or little problems.

There are some issues with the DB servers - no resolution as of yet. The admins seemed pretty slammed today.

yup still VERY slow... it brings up half my news page then stops so i can't do anything.. so it's still bascially down for me

Its taking much longer to load tabs now, I got to the misssions tab fine(15 seconds) but I clicked research bout 7 minutes ago and still got the blue loading bar.

At least this gives me time to finally try that game Castle Age Ive been wanting to play, this game is better tho.

Just refreshed the page and it is taking 10 minutes just to get past the loading screen which normally I dont even notice.

At least this isnt as bad as STO's downtimes during Open Beta, Headstart and official release, on an average day the only server they had went down for 3 hours at a time and stayed up for maybe 1 hour.

Hi there, Just to let you know that this problem is still occuring (using Firefox v3.6.8 browser). I cannot access any of my planets to do any work on them. I click on one of my planets names, then it either locks up at the animated blue timer bar or draws the outline of the next screen and locks up then. I can go back out of the area by clicking offscreen or refreshing the page completely. Do you need a specific specification of machine OS / CPU speed to play the game ?
I appreciate that you have got to increase the content / complexity of the game for the players in general, but I do think Bug fixes should be a priority, othewise the more you add the worse it will get. Not being able to access one section of the game at all is very demoralising.
Is there a list of known bugs anywhere ?
