It went on for over 6 hours but still the game hang. I got destroyed and raided while you guys perform your slow maintenance.

Even after maintenance the game intermittently hang and crashed. Right now it is 11.44 am in Singapore and still the game is down.

We're already in the process of starting a migration plan to fresh new systems. It seems we're too big for the current stack we are on. We're working on this upgrade asap, but it could take some time.

how can you be killed during matenence? just like you can't play means everyone else can't play either.

I believe there is an insider or staffs that are playing the game and destroying us while the server is under maintenance.

This sucks, I got disabled again by this Bennie Crook while server is down. This game give unfair advantage to certain people. Either they are paying or they are staff of this game company.

I am quiting this game.

You know what since i reported the problem about 2 hours ago. I was able to see the main page but nothing else works. Only Bennie Crook is able to roam with impunity and keep attacking me.

I am very sure there is some unfair advantage given to certain people. This person is still attacking me while all other services is down to me. 6 + 2 is 9 hours of downtime.

I am going to sell everything away and quit the game.

You wont be missed(kind of reminds me of the people who quit STO during headstart when there were only bout 10k players then the game skyrocketed in popularity to 100's of k and 10000's of players who spent $200 to play game for life). And also, yur math is wrong, 6+2 is 8.

Dan hasnt set any official rules on profanity (TMK) so technically I guess anyone is free to say anything without fear of the ban hammer but I wouldnt push it.

1:This guy probably just wasnt shut down by maintenance as quickly as you were and was unknowingly able to take advantage of that. Though payers are given some advantages, they are not anything on this level.

2:Please refrain from saying peoples names openly in the forum, if they dont choose to share their name here we respect their privacy. As well as double posting, if you need to add on to your first message you can edit it.

3:People are only human and thusly Im betting Dan did all in his power to get GL up and raining as soon as it was possible. This can take some time, sorry.

4:Sorry If you lost something important due to being disabled but Im sure its nothing that cant be easily replaced by playing the game a little bit.

Also, if you played STO during first few hours after realease you would have quit in an instant if you quit games that easily. Like I said in another thread STo was down for 4 hours at a time and stayed up for only an hour, this game goes down four hours at a time and stays up for months.

Lets work on keeping Criticism constructive and not let the name calling and language get out of hand. If this continues, we will remove the thread altogether. We have some youngsters that may be perusing this site, and hope that the game can be loved and played by kids and adults of all ages.

I don't know if apologizing abates the s***-storm, but consider it done. Honestly, I'm not socially conscious enough to realize when something could be considered racist. Obviously I was thinking whatever I said. I'd like to give examples of why I and whatever I said isn't racist, but that would only cause some ridiculous argument.

LOL..i really don't hope that kids would learn how to have war in this game. Lets be honest, the game emphasizes on pvp.. without doubt this brings up their anger and rage whenever they get disabled or hacked.. etc.

Language usage wise, yes it would be really helpful if everyone could remain calm and be rational for a bit whenever accidents pops up(THIS IS DIRECTED TO THOSE WHO COMPLAINS AND THOSE WHO RESPONDS). Besides, NO one wanted it to happen.
