i cant remember how 2 make announcements or talk in the officer chat. can some1 help me by telling me the codes to do so. & ant other codes you can tell me would be helpful 2. thank you  _________________

Leaders can set an announcement via the Legion Comm using /a or /announce commands.
officer comm is easiest to use from the comm archive button in the legion tab.

no probs. there is also a way to clear announcements but i forget how.......  _________________

and something i realized recently the reason why i couldn't set announcements was that it only works from the comm at the bottom of the screen not if you go to comm archive

How do you communicate through the legion comm with officers of another legion? I've searched quite a bit and haven't come across how to, just that you can.

You go to their legion and on the "Diplomacy" tab there is a place where you can talk to officers and leaders of that legion.
