Ecumenopolis Planets

 Can anyone else scan your ecumenopolis planets, or can you scan more, or do you just get two the entire game?

you get the ability to get two on your own.
People can scan yours and you can scan theirs. So unless you are lucky what you get is what you get. |

I had one taken from me, so yes they can be scanned. Any planet can be scanned if the scanner overcomes the cloak and once scanned, it can be taken.
